The Global Alliance for Trade Facilitation and OWIT Zimbabwe co-hosted a webinar on trade facilitation for MSMEs and women engaged in international and regional trade across Africa. 

The session provided the opportunity to learn about the World Trade Organization’s Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA) and how its implementation can work for women and their businesses. 

In the context of COVID-19, facilitating trade will play an ever important role in economic recovery.

I was invited to moderate this important discussion, and hosted a lively discussion about how women can make the TFA work.
